We brought our 5 year old pitbull in for an emergency spaying after she got pregnant unintentionally. The staff was very helpful and compassionate. We appreciated that they had two attendants at the appointment, one to tend to the pet and one to discuss with the parent. This minimized distractions and ensured effective and thorough communication regarding our girl’s care. We felt very confident that she was in good hands for the surgery, and were encouraged by them checking in with us regarding her status. We received clear care instructions upon picking her up, and are very satisfied with her recovery so far 4 days later.

Having guinea pigs that need vet care can be difficult. So coming to Hamilton Animal Care years ago, has been the easiest and best thing I have done. Dr. Sylvia Pawlinski and the entire staff have cared for my little girls with love and compassion, and I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and support. Dr. Pawlinski has a kind heart, an honest spirit, and a wealth of knowledge. The staff has been supportive and helpful. If anyone out there needs a vet clinic for a beloved pet, this is the place to come.

Hamilton has always treated my pets well! This visit was made easy by the staff and veterinarian who kept in close contact with me throughout the day of surgery. Dr Pawlinski was very thorough with explanation and took her time to explain in detail to me any issues.

I had such a great experience at Hamilton Animal Care. The facility was exceptionally clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely caring—not just toward my pet, but toward me as well. You can tell they truly love what they do. Everything was handled smoothly and with attention to detail. I’m very grateful to have found a veterinary team I can trust and feel comfortable with. Thank you, Dr. Sarah and her team! Dr. Schuetrum is always so thorough and puts us at ease knowing we’re getting the best care for our dog. He takes the time to answer all of our questions, explains things fully, and reviews all options. We feel he goes above and beyond and couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received.

All of the staff and the veterinarians do a great job. Everyone is very helpful and caring. A special thanks to Dr Sarah Paradiso for her treatment of Luci Purr for small cell lymphoma. It’s such a pleasure seeing Luci doing so well and putting weight back on.

I cannot thank Dr. Brent Schuetrum and Dr. Sarah Paradiso enough. My dog Ellwood was hit by a car and i was very distraught. I brought him to tighman st hamilton animal care. The entire staff were so incredibly kind. Ellwood had to have his back leg amputated. He is doing great with being a tripod. Thank you again ♥️ I

Today my dog saw Dr. Paradiso for his well visit, vaccines, etc.…she has been taking care of my dogs for 6 years and she’s truly phenomenal at what she does! The staff at Hamilton Animal Care is also the best—they are 100% doggy approved and dog mommy approved!!! I highly recommend Dr. Paradiso and Hamilton Animal Care to anyone looking for a new veterinarian!

I have had my pups here for years - all the doctors and staff have been wonderful! I even brought my ferret in for an emergency visit last week - the doctor got him X-rays and ultrasounds immediately. He needed higher level emergency care and the doctor personally helped me find the right place to go. Highly recommend both locations 💕

So grateful and impressed by the whole service and staff. From entering the office I was greeted immediately and they started to take care of us. The doctor was my favorite part. She was caring and thorough. Also transparent and knowledgeable. On top of everything I was able to walk out with the meds and the whole service was very reasonable (specially for being a French Bulldog my experience in other vets is that they up-charge just because of the breed). On the way out all the staff continued to show great interest on Mia’s wellbeing. Would recommend 100%. Thank you!
